Customer review fairness
Public marketplace reviews are limited to verified marketplace purchases after fulfillment has been completed and reviewed. Customers may leave positive or negative feedback about their actual transaction. Sellers may respond publicly and may challenge a review that violates this policy.
- A low rating or negative opinion is not removed simply because a seller disagrees with it.
- A seller challenge does not automatically hide the review. Nagging Nette reviews the transaction record and the evidence from both sides.
- Reviews may be hidden or removed for fake or unrelated claims, harassment, threats, discrimination, private information, extortion, impersonation, spam, prohibited content, conflicts of interest, or a demonstrably false objective claim.
- Customers may report abusive reviews or review content for moderation.
- Sellers may post one professional public response and may update that response.
- Retaliation against a customer for a lawful review is prohibited.
Young Entrepreneur seller accounts
The launch Young Entrepreneur Marketplace is for youth ages 13–17 and is parent/guardian managed. The youth participant is not the Nagging Nette seller-account holder.
- A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult age 18 or older must apply, electronically sign the youth-seller authorization, and manage the seller account.
- The adult account holder receives seller communications, manages product submissions, handles customer-service obligations, and completes payment/payout onboarding in the adult’s legally authorized capacity.
- The youth participant receives no separate Nagging Nette seller login, payout account, or direct customer messaging channel.
- Public listings may identify the business/brand as a Young Entrepreneur business, but the youth participant’s private email, phone number, home address, school, exact age, and other unnecessary identifying information must not be published.
- Product and brand images for the launch program should not include a minor’s face or voice. Additional youth media features require a separate privacy and parental-consent review before release.
- All ordinary seller, product, safety, fulfillment, refund, review, and suspension rules still apply. The adult account holder is responsible for compliance and customer obligations.
- For children under 13, do not use the Young Entrepreneur application. A parent/guardian may operate a regular adult seller account for a family business without submitting or publishing child-identifying information.
Dropshipping and third-party supplier fulfillment
Nagging Nette Market allows approved sellers to use third-party suppliers, including international suppliers, when the seller remains fully responsible for the customer transaction.
- Dropship listings must be identified to Nagging Nette before publication and require supplier/fulfillment verification.
- The seller must provide the supplier name, supplier product URL, supplier SKU or item reference, ship-from country, realistic processing and delivery estimates, customer shipping disclosure, and return/damaged-item policy.
- Supplier identity, supplier URL, SKU, and supplier cost are private marketplace operations data and are not displayed publicly.
- Customers must be told when an item is fulfilled by a third-party supplier and where it ships from. Sellers may not claim local or domestic fulfillment when the item ships internationally.
- The seller remains accountable for non-delivery, wrong items, damaged goods, counterfeit goods, unsafe or recalled products, misleading claims, tracking problems, returns, and customer-service obligations even when the supplier caused the problem.
- Counterfeit goods, unauthorized branded copies, illegal products, recalled products, unsafe products, and products the seller has no lawful right to sell are prohibited.
- Delivery estimates must be reasonable and based on the supplier's actual processing and shipping performance. Repeated late delivery or false tracking can lead to suspension.
- Customers must receive tracking when tracking is available. Dropship sellers must record the supplier order reference privately and provide carrier and tracking information when the order ships.
- If the supplier, ship-from country, product source, or material fulfillment terms materially change, the seller must update the listing and the product may require re-verification before additional sales.
- Any import duties, customs, taxes, restrictions, or special return conditions that could affect the customer must be disclosed before purchase when applicable.
Seller standards
Sellers must keep listings, fulfillment, and business information accurate and lawful. A seller is responsible for the products and services offered under that seller account.
- Describe products accurately, including condition, quantity, ingredients or materials, size, origin, and relevant limitations.
- Keep inventory truthful. Do not knowingly sell products that are unavailable.
- Meet the pickup, delivery, or shipping commitment shown to the customer.
- Maintain all licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, labeling, food-safety controls, and other requirements that apply to the product.
- Use only product images, trademarks, names, and other intellectual property the seller has the right to use.
- Protect customer information and use it only to complete legitimate marketplace business.
- Cooperate with order, refund, dispute, safety, recall, and fulfillment reviews.
- Do not bypass Nagging Nette fees by moving a transaction that began through the marketplace off-platform for the purpose of avoiding marketplace charges.
- Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, orders, seller status, or customer accounts.
- Keep seller credentials private and do not allow an unapproved business to operate through another seller's account.
What can lead to suspension or removal
Depending on seriousness, frequency, evidence, and risk to customers, conduct below can lead to a product hold, seller hold, suspension, or permanent removal.
- Illegal, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, adulterated, expired, or prohibited products.
- Fraud, stolen goods, fake orders, payment manipulation, false identities, or falsified business records.
- False permits, licenses, certifications, insurance, test results, ingredients, product origin, or safety claims.
- Serious food-safety, allergen, labeling, sanitation, or recall violations.
- Knowingly taking orders the seller cannot reasonably fulfill.
- Repeated late fulfillment, cancellations, no-shows, false tracking, or marking an order ready or shipped when it is not.
- Harassment, threats, hate or discriminatory conduct, stalking, doxxing, retaliation, or abusive conduct toward customers, staff, or other sellers.
- Misuse, disclosure, sale, or unauthorized retention of customer personal information.
- Extortion, bribery, review manipulation, buying reviews, fake reviews, coordinated review attacks, or pressuring a customer to change a truthful review.
- Repeated chargebacks or disputes connected to seller misconduct.
- Intellectual-property infringement after notice, or repeated use of content the seller does not have permission to use.
- Repeated attempts to evade marketplace commissions, subscriptions, safety reviews, or seller controls.
- Failure to correct a violation after warning or hold.
- Any conduct that creates a serious safety, fraud, legal, privacy, or marketplace-integrity risk.
Immediate suspension may be used when Nagging Nette reasonably believes there is a serious safety, fraud, illegal-product, privacy, threat, counterfeit, or customer-harm risk while the matter is reviewed.
Enforcement ladder
1. WarningCorrection requested with a deadline when the issue can safely be fixed.
2. Product holdOne or more listings are hidden while product information or compliance is reviewed.
3. Seller hold / suspensionNew sales and seller access may be restricted while orders, evidence, or compliance are reviewed.
4. RemovalMarketplace access may be terminated for serious, repeated, or unresolved violations.
Nagging Nette may skip steps when the facts indicate an immediate safety, fraud, legal, privacy, or customer-protection concern.
What suspension does
- Suspended sellers stop qualifying as approved sellers in the live marketplace.
- Their listings are not eligible for new marketplace checkout while the seller is suspended.
- Seller-account functions may be restricted.
- Unresolved orders, refunds, disputes, and settlement records remain subject to review.
- A suspension does not erase existing obligations to customers.
- Payout review can be paused while legitimate order, refund, dispute, fraud, or ownership questions are resolved.
Bad reviews, petty reviews, and seller challenges
Nagging Nette does not want the review system used as a weapon. At the same time, sellers cannot remove criticism just because it is uncomfortable.
A seller may challenge a review when the review appears to be unrelated to the transaction, contains a provably false objective statement, includes harassment or threats, reveals private information, attempts extortion, appears to come from a competitor or conflicted party, impersonates someone, contains spam or prohibited content, or otherwise violates the review policy.
When reviewing a challenge, Nagging Nette may consider the verified order record, fulfillment records, messages or evidence supplied by the seller, the wording of the review, and relevant customer-support records. Subjective statements such as “I did not like the taste” or “service felt slow” normally remain even if the seller disagrees.
Seller appeal process
- Submit an appeal using the form below with the seller reference and the email on the seller account.
- Explain what decision is being challenged and provide specific facts, corrections, or evidence.
- Nagging Nette reviews the appeal and may request additional information.
- The result may reinstate the seller, move the account to hold, continue the suspension, or uphold removal.
Review abuse by customers
Verified-purchase status does not give a customer permission to threaten, harass, extort, dox, impersonate, discriminate against, or knowingly fabricate objective facts about a seller. Nagging Nette may remove violating content and may restrict customer review privileges or customer account access when review abuse is repeated or severe.
These marketplace rules describe Nagging Nette Market's operating standards. Applicable law, payment-provider requirements, food-safety obligations, and product-specific regulations may impose additional requirements. Updated September 26, 2026.
