Young entrepreneurs ages 13–17 can sell approved products through Nagging Nette Market when a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult is the seller-account holder and accepts responsibility for the account.

You build the brand

The youth entrepreneur can develop the product, brand, pricing idea, packaging, and business story.

The adult manages the account

The adult account holder signs the application, receives seller communications, manages seller access, and handles payment and payout onboarding.

Nagging Nette reviews the listing

Every seller and product still goes through the same marketplace review, safety, fulfillment, and customer-service rules.

Privacy-first launch rule: We do not create a separate seller login, payout account, direct customer messaging channel, or public contact profile for the youth participant. The public marketplace shows the business/brand and a “Young Entrepreneur” badge. Product/brand images should not include a minor’s face or voice in this launch version.

Under age 13: The Young Entrepreneur seller program below is for ages 13–17. For a younger child, a parent/guardian may operate a regular adult seller account for a family business, but the child should not be the account holder and child-identifying information should not be submitted or published through this form.

What the adult is agreeing to

Be at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the youth entrepreneur.
Own and manage the Nagging Nette seller login and seller communications.
Be responsible for product accuracy, lawful sales, fulfillment, refunds, customer issues, taxes, licenses, and marketplace rules.
Complete payment/payout verification in the adult’s legally authorized capacity.
Keep the youth participant’s private contact, school, exact age, address, and other identifying information off public listings.
Review product images and descriptions before submission and supervise marketplace activity.

I agree that I—not the youth participant—will be the Nagging Nette seller-account holder and will manage seller access, product submissions, customer issues, and compliance. I agree that payment and payout onboarding will be completed in my legally authorized adult capacity and that the youth participant will not receive a separate Nagging Nette payout account.
